A video from Times Square shows the horrifying moment driver Richard Rojas plowed through a group of pedestrians and splayed them across the street.
The clip from 42nd St. and 7th Ave. emerged Thursday afternoon, showing the Navy veteran’s burgundy Honda Accord heading south before it makes a sudden U-turn and hits the unsuspecting crowd on the sidewalk.
After the video, 26-year-old Rojas’ mayhem continued north, where he struck stanchions at 45th Street.
Street vendor Duane Jackson was feet away from the crash, and told the Daily News that the car would have smashed into the tourist spot’s Swatch store if it had not struck the small pillars and flipped over.

Police say that the incident is not terror-related.
Rojas, who had two previous DUI arrests, was believed to possibly have been high on K2 and allegedly told the cops that Thursday was the “last day on earth.”
A source told the Daily News that Rojas claimed to hear voices and thought that cops were going to kill him after he bolted from the crash scene and was tackled by a crowd that included a Planet Hollywood bouncer and other bystanders.
Alyssa Elsman, an 18-year-old tourist from Michigan, was pronounced dead at the scene. More than 20 others were injured.
