Rock group Lifehouse will be embarking on a North American tour this summer with Switchfoot, as part of the « Looking for Summer » tour.
Rock group Lifehouse will be embarking on a North American tour this summer with Switchfoot, as part of the « Looking for Summer » tour. On August 10, Lifehouse and Switchfoot will be playing at the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park, New Jersey, and two days later, they will bring their rock hits to the Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk in Coney Island, Brooklyn. In 2001, Lifehouse took the music industry by storm thanks to the commercial success of « Hanging By a Moment,  » where it reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, and it spent three weeks at the top of the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks charts; moreover, it was subsequently named « Hot 100 Single of the Year » at the 2001 Billboard Music Awards. Other hit singles include « You and Me,  » « First Time,  » « Whatever it Takes,  » « Broken,  » « Halfway Gone,  » « Between the Raindrops,  » and ‘Hurricane. » Lifehouse is made up of front-man Jason Wade on lead vocals and guitar, Bryce Soderberg on bass and backing vocals, as well as Ricky Woolstenhulme, Jr. on drums and percussion.
