That's all she wrote! Saturday Night Live's Vanessa Bayer to leave the show after seven seasons

The current longest running female cast member of Saturday Night Live is leaving the show after this season.
Vanessa Bayer will end her seven-season run of the NBC sketch comedy show when SNL has its Season 42 finale on Saturday Night.
The 35-year-old actress posted on Instagram the script for her last sketch on the show which she will be doing with co-star Colin Jost.

Bayer joined SNL in 2010 as a featured member before joining the cast two years later.
Her impersonation of Miley Cyrus along with that of Jennifer Aniston quickly garnered a fan base but it was her role as Weekend Update correspondent, Jacob the Bar Mitzvah Boy, that really gained prominence.
Bayer’s credits outside of SNL iunclude Office Christmas Party and Trainwreck with Amy Schumer.
The news comes after it was announced that her co-star Bobby Moynihan would also be leaving the show after nine seasons since his comedy pilot got picked up to series and will air on CBS in the fall, according to Deadline Hollywood .
Moynihan’s new show is a single-camera comedy called Me, Myself and I, which takes a look at one man’s life, dissected into three periods: at age 14 in 1991, at age 40 in present day and at age 65 in 2042.
During his time on SNL, Moynihan has played many memorable characters.
He was well known for portraying the likes of Chris Christie, Guy Fieri, Snooki, Weekend Update staple Drunk Uncle and journalist Glenn Thrush, as of late.
