Ariana Grande returned to Manchester, England, on Sunday — sadly the day after another terror attacked rocked London — for a benefit concert for the victims injured and killed in a suicide bombing at the end of her concert there two weeks ago, and things went off without a hitch, according to TMZ and The Washington Post.
The all-star concert, which featured Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Liam Gallagher, left quite an impact on Manchester after the horrific attack, according to TMZ.
Grande performed throughout the three-hour show with several of other stars in attendance, also including Miley Cyrus, Coldplay and Black Eyed Peas, according to TMZ.
Grande was emotional throughout the show, billed as the One Love Manchester show, and the concert reportedly raised 10 million pounds ($13 million) for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, which was set up for the victims of the May 22 attack, according to The Washington Post.
“Manchester, I love you with all of my heart, ” Grande said before the performance, according to the Post.
She closed the concert with “Over the Rainbow, ” crying as she finished the song. The audience wildly cheered her on.
Ethan Farmer, best known as the bassist for Lionel Ritchie — who’s also toured with New Kids on the Block — was hospitalized Tuesday, according to TMZ, for reportedly stabbing himself several times after eating some apparently potent edibles.
A call came into 911 about 10 p.m. that night and when paramedics arrived at his San Fernando Valley apartment, they found Farmer bleeding profusely, TMZ reports.
TMZ was told that Farmer had eaten either pot brownies or cookies before he started stabbing himself.
The 42-year-old bassist reportedly had some friends over and they were all reportedly chowing down on edibles.
TMZ reports that they talked to Ethan, who had been in critical condition at the hospital as of Friday, but he would only say that he is recovering.
