Devs can receive it on their devices via OTA updates
We were wondering when Apple will decide to bring the watchOS 4 Beta builds on par with the tvOS 11, iOS 11, and macOS High Sierra 10.13 ones, and that day is today. Until then, Apple Watch application developers are invited to access their Apple Developer accounts and enabled the watchOS 4 Beta 3 update so that they can receive it on their registered Apple Watch devices via the built-in OTA update system.
