Police have arrested a 64-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder after he stabbed another man in his 20s on Sunday night in Tokyo’s Asakusa area.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 9: 20 p.m. at Tobu Asakusa station in Taito Ward. The suspect, whose name has been withheld, approached the younger man and began stabbing him in the stomach and other parts of his body, Sankei Shimbun reported.
