Tech giant will unveil the smartphone during an event at its headquarters in Cupertino.
September is here, which means two things: football and iPhones.
On Tuesday, Apple is widely expected to introduce its next iPhone during a press event at the Steve Jobs theater on its newly-opened spaceship campus in Cupertino, Calif.

Reports suggest Apple will unveil three versions of its flagship smartphone: two upgrades to the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, and a third high-end model costing $1,000.

Among some of the next iPhone’s big changes: the removal of a physical home button, wireless charging, improved cameras for handling augmented reality apps and facial recognition.
This year’s event is a big one for Apple. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the iPhone, which is why we’re likely getting three models of the smartphone this year.
