Police identify the victim of the crash late Thursday as 18-year-old Thomas Behen of Biddeford.
Police believe he lost control of the vehicle on a curve.
Biddeford Deputy Chief of Police JoAnne Fisk said the accident remains under investigation. A reconstruction unit was assisting.
