Today, Microsoft released a cumulative update for Insiders that are running the RTM build of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, bringing the build number to 16299.19. It includes a few fixes.
We’re now just four days from the public release of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, and Microsoft is rolling out one more cumulative update before it ships. The previous one was 16299.15, and it was originally offered 11 days ago .
The new build is 16299.19, or KB4043961. As you can probably guess, there are no new features in the update. Instead, it focuses on some last-minute fixes, including the following:
Interestingly, Microsoft is yet to release ISO images of build 16299, so the only users that can be running it are Insiders on the Release Preview ring or higher. With that in mind, this update is of course only for Windows Insiders.
Users that install the Fall Creators Update on launch day will likely be able to grab this update after installation though, as it won’t likely be exclusive to Insiders for long.
