A fire on the 38th floor of a residential building in China has claimed the lives of at least 10 people. Some 300 square meters (3,229 square feet) were damaged due to the incident.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — At least 10 people were killed and another five injured when a fire broke out in a residential building in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin, Xinhua news agency reported Friday citing the authorities.
According to Xinhua news agency, the fire occurred on the 38th floor in the early morning.

The cause of the incident is uknown, but the fire is believed to have begun from housing interior decoration materials.
