A Chicago couple got engaged New Year’s Eve on the Skydeck at Willis Tower. The proposal was captured on video and posted on the ABC7 Facebook page. The couple was taking pictures with a beautiful sunset when the proposal happened. The groom said they’ve been dating for four years, but added that he always knew she was « the one. »
