The statement said that Mongolia welcomes the high-level meeting held today between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea.
« We hope that the meeting will give an important impetus towards resuming dialogue to ensure security on the Korean peninsula and confidence-building in the region, » the statement said.
