During the Red Sox-Cubs spring training matchup Tuesday afternoon, Betts was doing an in-game interview with ESPN while playing right field in the top of the third inning.
As he was talking to the broadcasters, Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant smacked a triple over his head.
« Uh oh, I ain’t getting this one boys, » Betts said, while the booth erupted in laughter.

Because it’s spring training and the games don’t count, ESPN is able to have a little fun with the players by talking to them during games.
Fox previously did this during last year’s All-Star game, when Joe Buck got to talk to players during the July exhibition game.
In one memorable moment, Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper asked Buck how the Cowboys were going to do in the fall.
