The filmmakers tweeted a letter to fans asking that they maintain the same level of secrecy as the cast and crew once they’ve seen the film.
“Avengers: Infinity War” is likely the most anticipated films of the year, so to protect the secrecy and experience, sibling directing duo Joe and Anthony Russo are asking that fans don’t spoil it for anyone.
The filmmakers tweeted a letter to fans, ahead of the film’s press tour, asking that once fans finally see the film, they maintain the same level of secrecy that the cast and crew of the film have.

“Don’t spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn’t want it spoiled for you,” the Russo Brothers wrote in the letter.
Whereas they asked for secrecy, the big bad of the film, Thanos #DemandsYourSilence.
“Avengers: Infinity War” comes after the massive success of Marvel’s “Black Panther,” which on Monday passed “Frozen” to become the No. 10 highest-grossing film of all time (not adjusted for inflation).
“Infinity War,” set to enter theaters April 27, is the culmination of Marvel’s audacious plans that started with “Iron Man” in 2008. The film is expected to open with $215 million, according to analysts at Box Office Pro.

It is also expected to be the end for some key characters in the franchise. In an interview with EW in March, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige teased killing off some of the franchise’s major heroes.
“Yes. I mean, I could always list off the characters that we’ve killed in our movies that haven’t come back, but the big ones, which I know they’re looking at… I would just say, yes,” he said to questions of whether characters will die and stay dead. “People need to be careful what they wish for.”
