The British royal family is having a pretty big week. Not only are Prince Harry and his fiancé Meghan Markle planning their upcoming wedding next month, but the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently welcomed their third baby into the family.

And as soon as Kensington Palace announced the baby’s gender, everybody started putting down bets on what the family might name him.
Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs.
The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz.
The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.
Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.

But the wait is over because Kensington Palace announced that Kate Middleton and Prince Harry have named their son Louis Arthur Charles. His official title will be His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.

Prince Louis is fifth in line for the throne and will no doubt be a central focus if he attends Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming wedding on May 19.
