Display: Same Both the 2017 MacBook and the latest MaBook offer a 13.3-inch LED-backlit Retina display of 2560×1600 pixels resolution. Both sizes of the MacBook Pro 2018 will also feature Apple’s True Tone display technology
Processor: New The 2017 MacBook Pro is powered by a 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz coupled with the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640. The 2018 MacBook Pro on the other hand is powered b a 3.1GHz dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.5GHz, paired with the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650.
RAM: Same Both the 2017 and 2018 MacBooks offer 8GB RAM.
Storage: New The 2017 Macbook offers 128GB or 256GB SSD wheras the 2018 MackBook offers 256GB or 512GB storage options.
Operating system: Same Both the 2017 and 2018 MackBooks run on the macOS High Sierra.
Battery: New The 2018 MacBook packs a slightly less 49.2-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery as compared to the 2017 MacBook that comes integrated 54.5-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery. Despite the difference, both have a claimed battery life of up to 10 hours wireless web and up to 10 hours iTunes movie playback.
Camera: Same Both the 2017 and 2018 13.3-inch Macbooks offer a FaceTime HD camera.
Price: New The 2017 MacBook comes at a starting price of Rs 1,04,900. The latest 2018 MackBook on the other hand comes at a starting price of Rs 1,47,900.
