After the X21 with an in-display fingerprint sensor, Chinese smartphone-maker Vivo has launched another innovative premium mobile in India. Say hello to Vivo Nex.
Debuting on July 19, new Vivo Nex is one of the very few phones in the market that can boast a true Ultra FullView screen, with 19.3:9 aspect ratio and no notch. It has a slightly thick bezel at the bottom, but everything else on the front panel is a fully functional display.
The credit goes to the Vivo engineers for pushing the boundaries in terms of mobile display development. In order to achieve an Ultra FullView screen, they have managed to incorporate motorized front-camera behind the screen.
When triggered for a selfie, it can pop up in less than a second and retract in no time.
Furthermore, the new flagship also comes with an in-display biometric sensor saving a good chunk of space on the front panel which is now completely dedicated to the screen.
Besides the ground-breaking design, Vivo Nex comes packed with top-notch internal hardware too. It houses Snapdragon 845, Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful processor to date. It is backed by 8GB RAM, Android Oreo OS,128GB storage, a 12MP+5MP dual-camera with 4K video recording, Portrait Mode and more, 8MP front snapper and a sumptuous 4,000mAh battery, which is more than enough to last a whole under mixed usage.
Vivo Nex comes in black colour option for a competitive Rs 44,990. It will be available for purchase exclusively on Amazon and Vivo Shop from 21 July onward. Interested consumers can pre-book the device on both the platforms for a cash discount, also be entitled to an extended warranty.
