Star musician Post Malone survived a crash landing after being stranded in the air on a private jet for over five hours.
Post Malone — real name Austin Richard Post — was on his way to London after leaving the 2018 VMAs in New York City, which took place on Monday. Malone’s private Gulf Stream IV lost both its wheels during takeoff when it left Teterboro Airport in New Jersey with a 3,700-gallon tank full of fuel. Malone had been in New York City on Monday night attending the VMAs, where he won the MTV Video Music Award for Song of the Year for his hit “Rockstar.”
The plane, which was circling the Connecticut coast in an effort to run out most of the fuel to avoid a fire during the crash landing, landed in a Westfield, Massachusetts, airport. You can watch the landing video below:
