Spider- Man PS4 came out last Friday, and people have already started to finish it. Luckily, Insomniac Games has recently announced that they intend to add a New Game Plus mode to the game, which will allow players to play through the game again without losing any of their unlocks. This guide will tell you how to start a Spider-Man PS4 New Game Plus.
Although there isn’t a set release date for New Game Plus, it looks like it will be coming soon. Insomniac Games replied to a fan on Twitter, saying that they are “working on it now and polishing it up!” This implies that it will likely come well in advance of the first of the game’s three DLC packs, which is scheduled to be released on October 23.
Although Insomniac has yet to elaborate on what New Game Plus will entail, it is likely that it will just mean that players can restart the story without having to sacrifice their suits, mods, and gadgets. This gives players an opportunity to play through the story again on a higher difficulty, as they’ll have some of the game’s most powerful equipment early on, as well as a wealth of combat experience from having beaten it a first time. Or, players can play on the easiest difficulty, and just have fun being OP.

The details on how to start New Game Plus haven’t been released yet, but if other titles are anything to go by, it will be an option at the main menu. You’ll likely need to choose the save file you want to carry into New Game Plus, and that’s pretty much it. You’ll be back at the beginning of the game, but you’ll have everything you unlocked in that save file in your inventory
