The first Canadian to buy legal cannabis for recreational use plans to have his purchase framed. It’s not clear whether the first person to be ticketed for consuming cannabis in a vehicle under the new law will do the same. Police in Winnipeg, Manitoba, tweeted a picture of the ticket for $672 Canadian ($515 US) and warned that as with alcohol, consuming marijuana in a vehicle is illegal in the province, CTV reports.
