That Brewers/Rockies series just got a little more interesting. With both teams playing their games in parks named after beers, (Coors Field and Miller Park), Coors and Miller have a beer bet brewing.
If the Brewers win, bars across Milwaukee will be serving free Miller Lite for fans 21 and older. If the Rockies prevail, the Coors will pour in saloons around Denver. The losing brewery picks up the tab. Perfect timing for Brett Kavanaugh, who may be celebrating his official elevation to the Supreme Court next week. And golfer John Daly, who will be… well … celebrating.
Staying at Fenway. Red Sox bats went to sleep after scoring five runs early Friday night, but they should wake up again against Masahiro Tanaka in Game 2. David Price goes for Boston.
