Xiaomi launched the Mi A2 Android One smartphone with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage back in August in India. At the launch, the company announced that it would also launch the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version soon. Now, the top ends version is available for purchase via Amazon India.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 6GB+128GB version is priced at Rs. 17,999. This is an introductory price which is for a limited period and might increase later. It is available on Amazon India starting today. Xiaomi is also offering 10 percent cashback on ICICI Bank and Citibank credit cards.
The Mi A2 4GB+64GB version is now available at a discounted price of Rs. 14,999, down from the launch price of Rs. 16,999. It is also available on Amazon and Mi.com as well.
Talking about specs, the Mi A2 has 5.99-inch Full HD+(2160×1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass 18:9 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, it has Snapdragon 660 with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. The smartphone runs Android 8.1 Oreo and it is also upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie.
In terms of camera, it has a dual camera with 12MP f/1.75 aperture, Sony IMX486 primary sensor, and 20MP secondary Sony IMX376 sensor with f/1.75 aperture. There is a 20MP front camera with Sony IMX376 sensor and soft LED flash.
Connectivity options on the phone are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack. The device packs 3010mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ support.
