With every new event, Capcom revealed something new. Now, Capcom has revealed the Void, a training mode for players to paractice in Devil May Cry 5.
Devil May Cry 5 is one of the most anticipated upcoming games. With every new event, Capcom has revealed something new about the game. This time the studio has revealed the Void, a training mode for players to sharpen their combos in Devil May Cry 5.
During the X018, Capcom revealed The Void for Devil May Cry 5. This will mostly help newcomers to the franchise to get a hang of the combat and combos before they jump in.
According to the producer, Matt Walker, The Void in Devil May Cry 5 allows players to experiment without consequences. Players can experiment with “weapons, moves, and combos”.
Aside from letting players get the hang of the combat, the Void also allows players to tweak a number of parameters. Players can toggle enemy damage to see much damage each move deals.
Not only that, the Void also lets players practice unlimited Devil Breakers in Devil May Cry 5. The equipped Devil Breakers won’t be destroyed if they take damage.
Furthermore, players can set different Devil Breaker loadouts. This will allow players to switch between different loadouts rather easily.
Also, the studio gave us a look at deluxe Devil Breakers. These Deluxe Devil Breakers include he Gerbera GP01, Pasta Breaker, Sweet Surrender, and Mega Buster.
The Void seems like a really good feature in Devil May Cry 5. This allows newcomers and hardcore fans to test out the combat and practice their moves.
Speaking of the game, Devil May Cry has always been about stylistic combat. However, there is a reason why no other game has managed to achieve stylistic combat like Devil May Cry’s.
According to the producer, the Stylistic combat of Devil May Cry was a bug. He added that one particular move set started out as a bug.
The move in question is the one in which players launch enemies in the air and keep them in the air as long as they are hitting them.
The producer noted that during the development, the team noticed a bug in which enemies don’t come down if they keep hitting them.
Furthermore, fans couldn’t be happier with Capcom developing Devil May Cry 5. But, originally the studio wanted to develop a sequel to DMC: Devil May Cry.
This is according to Hideaki Itsuno, who noted that he wanted to develop DMC: Devil May Cry 2. While he didn’t get to develop that but, the upcoming game features a lot of stuff that the studio learned from the 2013 reboot.
Devil May Cry 5 is also coming to PS4 Pro and Xbox One X and the game will take full advantage of these consoles. The game will be native 4K on PS4 Pro. But, it is unlcear if it will be native 4K or dynamic resolution targeting 4K.
Devil May Cry 5 is an action hack-n-slash game in development at Capcom. The game releases on March 8,2019, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
