Spokesperson for company behind Fortnite says that complaints from the BBB have been redirected to its Player Support staff
The video-game company behind popular titles such as Fortnite and Infinity Blade has been rated “F.”
Unfortunately, that rating doesn’t stand for “fun.” And it certainly doesn’t stand for “fantastic customer service.”
Epic Games has been given an “F” rating by the Better Business Bureau, the bureau said Wednesday .

According to the BBB, the Cary, North Carolina, company earned the rating “due to unanswered customer complaints.
