The Roccbox is a combination wood and gas-fired oven that through a combination of high-grade stainless steel, proprietary heat retention technology and insulation, hits a max temperature of 500ºC to cook the perfect pizza in 60 seconds.
That’s right, a pizza cooked and ready to serve in a minute. The technology is reminiscent of the microwavable pizza in Back to the Future II, except the Roccbox allows you to choose whatever toppings you like.
