A new software update is reportedly rolling out for the Galaxy S10 and S10+ that is improving the speed and accuracy of the ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is arguably the biggest highlight and a major selling point of the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ (Review), which is why Samsung is looking to make it faster and more reliable through software updates. The company is reportedly rolling out another OTA update to the Galaxy S10 and S10+ to make the fingerprint sensor quicker and more responsive than before.
The update (V2.0.8.4) is apparently rolling out in Germany, Poland, Netherlands and the UK, according to a report by SamMobile. Based on the screenshot shared, this is a lightweight update that is just under 7MB in size.
