With Vaolorant offline for the weekend, these games will fill the gap until launch.
TheValorant beta has officially closed its doors and you can no longer play the hottest new shooter on the market, at least for a few days. But if you are missing the Valorant beta then you could try these games to try and fill the void until Valorant launches fully on June 2.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will feel pretty natural to anyone who has spent time in the Valorant beta. The weapon mechanics and game mode are almost identical, with players having to control the recoil on weapons in order to aim well. Two teams of five compete in a best of 30 round competition where one team must plant a bomb and detonate it whereas the other team must stop this from happening.
The main difference between the two games is that CS:GO does not feature any abilities or agents, instead relying on the gun mechanics to create for a high skill and entertaining game.
