Mary Elizabeth Taylor resigned from a top State Department position over the President’s handling of anti-racism protests.
Mary Elizabeth Taylor, a senior State Department official who has been with the administration since day one, announced she was resigning over President Trump’s handling of anti-racism protests in a Thursday letter, according to The Washington Post.
“Moments of upheaval can change you, shift the trajectory of your life, and mold your character,” Taylor wrote in her resignation letter.
