OnePlus 8 Pro will go on sale for the first time on June 15 in India. The OnePlus 8 series sale schedule was previously delayed due to production issues likely caused due to the Coronavirus outbreak. However, now the company has confirmed that the OnePlus 8 Pro is finally going on sale on June 15. The catch, however, is that it will be available in limited qualities.
In a blog post published on OnePlus forums, the company has revealed that although the production of OnePlus 8 series is in full swing, the demand for the new phones is much higher and in order to maintain a consistent supply, OnePlus will be hosting limited sales twice a week on Amazon India and OnePlus India store.
Interestingly, June 15 will be the first time the OnePlus 8 Pro goes on sale as the company has only been selling the OnePlus 8 since May 29 in limited numbers. The customers who hold a OnePlus pop-up box invite code can also redeem their vouchers on OnePlus India store and those who pre-booked the phones will be eligible to purchase the phone as stocks arrive on Amazon India.
OnePlus 8 Pro is priced starting at Rs 54,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage while the maxed-out variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is up for grabs at Rs 59,999.
