The Holyoke Soldiers’ Home is temporarily suspending visitation after a resident who was clinically recovered from COVID-19 again tested positive for the virus, the state said.
The Holyoke Soldiers’ Home is temporarily suspending visitation after a resident who was clinically recovered from COVID-19 again tested positive for the virus, the state said.
The resident began experiencing symptoms on Monday and was transferred to a hospital for treatment.
The Holyoke Soldiers’ Home “has been implementing protocols for clinically recovered individuals, who may test positive even after they are clinically recovered,” a spokeswoman for the Executive Office of Health and Human Services said.
