Through hurricane season doesn’t officially peak until September, the National Hurricane Center was busy tracking four systems over the Atlantic Sunday. Tropical Storm Josephine was losing some organization, the NHC said Sunday, and that weakening is expected to continue as the storm turns to the northwest and then recurves back out over the open Atlantic, forecasters said. Josephine is expected to become a remnant low pressure area or dissipate entirely by Monday.
