The Poco C3 has officially launched in India as the new budget offering by the Xiaomi sub-brand. The Poco C3 goes up against the likes of the Realme C11, Realme C12 and Realme C15 and has a lot in common with the Redmi 9C. Interestingly, Xiaomi launched the global variant of the Redmi 9C as the Redmi 9 in India and now the Poco C3 seems to be based on the Redmi 9C as well, sans the fingerprint sensor that is. The Poco C3 is essentially the company’s response to the Realme C series of budget smartphones, however, in order to keep the price aggressive, Poco C3 does not come with a physical fingerprint reader and users will instead have to make do with the face unlock or the good old pattern lock.
