It’s slated to become the first time in history a president’s communications staff is entirely composed of women.
President-elect Joe Biden, sticking to his promise to put together a diverse Cabinet, said Sunday he was hiring an all-female communications staff, including Jennifer Psaki for press secretary. Ashley Etienne, a Biden campaign alum, will serve as communications director for Harris, while Pili Tobar, another campaign staffer, will be deputy White House communications director.
