President-elect Joe Biden is showing support for his son, Hunter Biden, after the U.S. attorney in Delaware launched an investigation into his taxes. After an event in Wilmington, Delaware, Friday, a reporter asked the former vice president, “Did Hunter Biden commit a crime? Have you spoken to your son, Mr. President-Elect?” He replied, “I’m proud of my son.” Hunter Biden released a statement Wednesday afternoon to announce the news of the investigation, as IJR previously reported. “I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Hunter Biden wrote.
