Outfielder Joc Pederson is in agreement with the Chicago Cubs on a one-year, $7 million contract with a mutual option for 2022, according to multiple reports. Pederson batted.230 across parts of seven major-league seasons, all with the Dodgers. The 28-year-old struggled during the abbreviated 2020 campaign, batting.190 with a.285 on-base percentage and seven home runs in 43 games.
