It’s highway robbery! No, really. A not-so-subtle thief broke into a moving Prius on in the middle of San Francisco traffic on Friday, according to dashcam footage. In the clip, posted on Twitter by user @amegregan5, a black Honda pulls up alongside a silver Prius, which keeps moving in the direction of traffic as a man pops out of the Honda’s backseat.
