Stylus support being planned for Apple’s foldable smartphone
Apple is the next big company to launch a foldable smartphone, and while the Cupertino-based tech giant sticks with its FBI-like secrecy and tries to avoid spilling the beans on new projects, more information emerges through unofficial channels. While nobody knows for sure when the foldable iPhone could finally get the go-ahead, people familiar with the matter said the device could see the daylight as early as 2022, while others believe such a model wouldn’t arrive until 2024 or 2025 at the earliest. On the other hand, waiting for four more years to launch a foldable iPhone could mean Apple might eventually be late to the party, especially because other companies, including Samsung, are betting big on this new form factor.
