MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin reported 403 new coronavirus cases and 0 deaths Sunday. The daily update lists no deaths for the first time since late September. The latest new case count is also the lowest since 324 positive tests were registered in late June, according to health officials. In total, the state has seen 559,575 cases and 6,284 deaths related to the virus, since the pandemic began. Wisconsin’s seven-day percent positive by test is 2.7%. The new case average continued its decline with a mark of 610, the lowest number since 595 in early July.
