Resident Evil is the Sylvester Stallone of video game franchises. It’s hit and miss, but the hits are truly outstanding. Sometimes we get revolutionary classics like Resident Evil 4; other times we get the forgettable Operation Raccoon City. Resident Evil returns from the dead yet again on May 7 with the release of Resident Evil Village. The game drops on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One, as well as PC.
