Apple unveiled a range of software updates Monday to kick off its Worldwide Developers Conference, including new editions of operating system platforms for iPhone and Mac computers.
June 7 (UPI) — Apple unveiled a range of software updates Monday to kick off its Worldwide Developers Conference, including new editions of operating system platforms for iPhone and Mac computers. The WWDC is an event where developers get insight about the future of Apple products and how technology changes may impact how they build apps and games. It was held virtually for the second year in a row. While Apple CEO Tim Cook and other company leaders provided first looks at several dazzling new features for the updated versions of iOS, MacOS and WatchOS for Apple Watch, they did not reveal any new hardware products, including a hoped-for new MacBook Pro.
