Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., took the president’s trillion-dollar plan to task on Tuesday on social media, likening the Democrats’ infrastructure plan to socialism. « Infrastructure to Democrats is a five lane highway to socialism, » the congressman wrote on Twitter.
