Jarvis Madison pleaded guilty in March to stalking across state lines to kill his 44-year-old estranged wife, Rachael Madison. According to prosecutors, the series of events that led to Rachael Madison’s death began Nov.15,2016, when her estranged husband held her against her will, threatened to kill her and shot at her. She was able to escape and traveled to Ormond Beach. Over the next 12 days, Jarvis Madison left several voicemails and sent multiple text messages to a relative of Rachael Madison that “sought to terrorize” her and stated that she would see him again when she least expected it, prosecutors said.
