Google has released Android 12 Beta 4. The OS has now reached Platform Stability which means that APIs and app-facing behaviors have been finalized. Developers should now focus on testing their apps.
Google released the first Android 12 Developer Preview back in February, and since then, the company has been regularly rolling out new versions of the OS as part of its regular release schedule. A month ago, it announced Android 12 Beta 3, and today, it has released Android 12 Beta 4, which also means that the OS has hit Platform Stability. Platform Stability is a major milestone in the pre-release schedule of each Android version.
