On the night of Oct.29, Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy John Feller and task force detectives Robert Anderson and Jeremy Brown approached 21-year-old Kevin Peterson, Jr. at the Hazel Dell Quality Inn parking lot, where he was allegedly delivering alprazolam after arranging the sale on Snapchat, Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney Mary Robnett wrote in a letter released Monday.
