Alan Wake has finally woken up again, at least in time for a remaster. The Epic Games-published project is coming out of Remedy Entertainment for all modern platforms in fall this year.
Confirming several leaks, Remedy Entertainment today announced Alan Wake Remastered. This edition of the originally Microsoft platform exclusive thriller is being published by Epic Games, and will be a multiplatform release. Interestingly, the remaster announcement arrived via a post by Remedy Creative Director Sam Lake on an Alan Wake fan website. Alan Wake Remastered will include The Signal and The Writer expansions in the package, plus developer commentary from Sam Lake.
