Redmi 10 Prime launched in India on Friday as a successor to the Redmi 9 Prime. It is also the latest budget offering in the country that closely rivals phones such as the Realme 8, Samsung Galaxy M32, among others. Interestingly, the Redmi 10 Prime is priced in a space where it competes with the brand’s very own Redmi Note 10 that was launched in the country earlier this year. The latter has an AMOLED display and a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor. On the other hand, the latest Redmi 10 Prime is the first phone in the country to come with the latest MediaTek Helio G88. Today, we will be comparing the Redmi 10 Prime and Redmi Note 10. Redmi 10 Prime is priced at Rs 12,499 for the 4GB+64GB variant and Rs 14,499 for the top-end 6GB RAM+128GB model. It comes in White, Black, and Blue colour hue and will be on sale via Amazon, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores from September 7th. Though being launched at a starting price of Rs 11,999 for the base model and Rs 13,999 for the high-end variant, the Redmi Note 10 has since received multiple price hikes. The handset is now available at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB/64GB and Rs 15,499 for the 6GB/128GB model. Redmi 10 Prime sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with 2,400 X 1,080 pixels resolution, reading mode 3.0, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer,400nits brightness,1500:1 contrast ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate.
