Cooper-Jones made a trip on Thanksgiving Day to a mural that honors Arbery’s life in Brunswick, Georgia. She says family members were visiting from out of town and they wanted to see the colorful mural that sits on the side of a building that will soon open as the new African-American Cultural Center in the city.
