Learn more. « And Just Like That… » presents a continuation of the beloved show « Sex and the City. » The series is coming to HBO Max on December 9 with a two-episode premiere. HBO Max costs $10 a month for ad-supported streaming, or $15 a month for an ad-free experience. The show follows three of the original series’ characters: Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis). Samantha, originally played by Kim Cattrall, will not be returning for the new show. Just as « Sex and the City » detailed the day-to-day life and struggles of women in their 30s, « And Just Like That… » picks up years later by focusing on the daily lives of Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte in their 50s.
