Telegram got banned in Brazil because of email troubles, while it is dealing with disinformation problems in the country.
Of all the ways for a texting app to get banned in a country, the one anyone would least expect would be because the people running it didn’t check their emails. But it looks like that’s just what happened in Brazil for Telegram. Of course, there are bigger issues between the two, but those could potentially be resolved if it wasn’t for the email problem.
