Heavy rainfall continues to bring massive flooding across the country; from Appalachia to the Las Vegas strip.
The death toll in Kentucky jumped to 15 Friday morning and is expected to « more than double, » according to Governor Andy Beshear.

At Least 16 Dead in Appalachian Flooding
At least 16 people have now died in Appalachian flooding, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said late Friday morning, warning the death toll will « get a lot higher.
